TBS6904SE packet loss issue identified (Windows)

While using TBS6904SE on Windows for satellite signal reception, severe packet loss may occur when using multiple tuners simultaneously. However this does not occur when only a single tuner is started.

If this also happens to you, disable Intel Platform Trust Technology (PTT) in BIOS and then you are good.

It would be better if you could also disable UEFI Secure Boot in BIOS (when using TBS cards), but there is no evidence that this has any correlation with the packet loss issue.
